Mr. Noble's prior experience was in personal injury defense in general negligence and product liability matters with a prior concentration in tort immunity defense of governmental units and employees.  Present concentration in area of workers' compensation matters, including extensive trial and appellate experience before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, Illinois Circuit Courts and Appellate Courts.  Guest speaker: Workers' Compensation Seminar-New Frontier Management Association, Springfield, Illinois; Northwest Manufacturers’ Association; WCLA.  Private practice since 1989; Owner/partner since 1996. 

Tiana K. Muntner

TIANA K. MUNTNER, Associate

Legal education: Northern Illinois University College of Law, DeKalb, Illinois (J.D. Magna Cum Laude, 2018; Certificate in Civil Advocacy).

Ms. Muntner was the first NIU graduate of the Accelerated Law Degree Program and sole recipient of the faculty-voted College of Law graduation award for Outstanding Contribution to Trial Advocacy. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Muntner practiced with her Rule 711 License for the Illinois Attorney General's Office Workers' Compensation Bureau assisting in all aspects of the defense of state institutions in workers' compensation claims. Ms. Muntner also practiced with her Rule 711 license with the Zeke Giorgi Legal Clinic providing legal representation to survivors of domestic violence. Prior private practice experience in subrogation recovery and insurance defense, specifically in premises liability and product liability matters. Present concentration in area of Illinois workers’ compensation defense, including trial and appellate experience before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. Private practice since 2018.
