Noble & Associates, P.C. is pleased to announce that Michael T. Chalcraft, II has been named Partner of the firm.
Michael’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense, including extensive trial and appellate experience before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and litigating third-party claims and subrogation matters in Circuit Court. Michael has over 13 years of litigation experience, including six years as an Assistant States Attorney for Kane and Kendall Counties. Michael has diligently and successfully advocated on behalf of our clients through all stages of litigation before the IWCC, Circuit Courts and Appellate Courts of Illinois.
Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University - Thomas M. Cooley Law school in 2009, where he was awarded Top Advocate for the Intra-School Moot Court Competition. Michael also served for 13 years as a member of the Illinois Air National Guard where he served three tours in the Middle East in the wake of the 9/11 tragedy. He was honorably discharged in 2012 to focus on his legal career.
